It is probably late when you are reading this. The same three thoughts have gone round for the fortieth time and nothing you tell yourself seems to land. You have maybe already tried praying about it and felt nothing change, which only made it worse, because now you're anxious and feeling like your faith isn't working either. I want to be honest with you before we go any further: Scripture was not written to switch off anxiety like a light.
