Read them slowly. In Scripture, gratitude is rarely a mood. It is usually a decision made against the evidence. How to read a page like this Don't read this the way you'd scroll a feed. Pick one group, whichever theme matches where you actually are today, and read just those four or five verses twice: once at normal pace, once slowly enough to notice a single phrase that catches. Then stop. Pray that phrase back to God in your own words; you don't need new language, His own is enough.
